Items that are in stock will be shipped out next working day. Delivery times for products that are not in stock depends on manufacturer and are given in product description page.
If your product is not delivered within the time stated then a full refund is possible. We offer international delivery. Shipping and handling charges on your order will be calculated as follows:

We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process. Before returning any items, please email the Customer Service to obtain authorisation and shipping instructions. A return authorisation will ensure the safe and proper handling of material and enable us to expedite a resolution. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted. Returned items must be in original packaging, with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, all other accessories however small and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Please ensure your name and address are included with your returns. StarScope will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Boxed software which has been opened cannot be returned except for an exact exchange to replace defective software. In the event of your product being faulty outside the 30 days after reciept of the goods and if your product is still covered under the manufacturers warranty your goods may be repaired or exchanged. |
